Missing my loner adventure in Japan all of a sudden…
I keep “bragging” about how much I enjoy my solitude but it’s not until these past few years that I’ve truly gotten to do things/explore places strictly on my own…. because honestly, besides sitting alone during recess/lunch time at school, I’m almost always surrounded by people - either friends or family members.
I wish I was a better writer so my words could convey how I feel more effectively but I just can never put into words those emotions that I go through when I travel or go to places by myself. Like yes, it sometimes does feel very lonely but it’s a good kind of loneliness…I don’t even know how to describe it.
